YY Lai is the co-founder and CEO of RapidsDB, bringing over four decades of experience in enterprise technology, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance computing. He leads the company's strategic direction, business development, and go-to-market execution across Asia-Pacific and global markets. Prior to RapidsDB, YY held senior leadership roles in the technology industry, where he developed deep expertise in data-intensive workloads and mission-critical systems. His vision is to democratise GPU compute and in-memory database technology for AI-driven enterprises.

Chan Tuck Chong is CTO of RapidsDB, responsible for the company's technology architecture, product engineering, and R&D roadmap. With deep expertise in distributed systems, GPU computing, and in-memory data processing, he has architected RapidsDB's core engine to deliver sub-millisecond query performance at enterprise scale. Tuck Cheong has spent his career at the intersection of hardware acceleration, database engineering and storage solutions, and is passionate about building infrastructure that unlocks the full potential of modern AI and analytics workloads.
